Business Analyst

We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our Engineering Team. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage requirements: elicit and verify them, as well as support implementation and deployment; • Designing object models, states, and transitions in collaboration with developers; • Project artifacts creation (Vision & Scope, SRS, Use-Cases, etc.); • Review the progress of work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with initial concepts; • Participate in iterative development, providing feedback to developers and making changes to requirements as new needs are identified; • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations based on findings; • Ensure that implemented features meet business objectives and contribute to measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs); • Support stakeholders in understanding technical constraints and propose alternative solutions when needed.
