Responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards for revenue, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, AOV, and fulfillment.
  • Pull and clean data from Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and marketing channels.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial and operational data.
  • Provide weekly and monthly summaries with actionable insights.
  • Create simple, repeatable systems for reporting and analysis.

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years experience in business analysis, FP&A, or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Strong understanding of subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, ARPU).
  • Familiarity with Shopify, QuickBooks, and common eCommerce data sources.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain insights clearly and visually.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Deliverables: Weekly KPI dashboard (LTV, CAC, churn, retention, MRR, AOV, active subs, new vs. canceled).
  • Monthly performance summary with trends, insights, and key takeaways.
  • Clean, reliable data pulled from Shopify, QuickBooks, and marketing platforms.
  • Cohort analysis showing subscriber retention and churn patterns.
  • LTV:CAC ratio tracking and payback period calculations.
  • Financial snapshot: revenue, COGS, margins, and contribution profit.
  • Documented reporting process (data sources, update steps, definitions).
  • Ad-hoc analysis to answer strategic questions or model “what-if” scenarios.
