ABOUT CARAZO GROUP Carazo Group is an international, multi-entity group built around the premium cigar brand Adrian Magnus. We operate across Europe, Latin America, and the United States — spanning B2B distribution to retailers, B2C e-commerce, field sales in Spain's estanco channel, and bonded-warehouse logistics. We are in a phase of rapid, structured growth and are building a strong leadership layer to scale the group. THE ROLE You will run a rolling portfolio of the group's operational and administrative projects end-to-end — obtaining certifications, licenses, and permits; opening international bank accounts; and coordinating corporate setups across jurisdictions. You keep each project moving, chase the external parties, keep the paperwork in order, and drive things to completion so leadership doesn't have to.
