The OpportunityPositioned uniquely within our People & Business Development Team, this hybrid, high-visibility role places you at the centre of our growth. You will be the primary engine driving our enterprise sales pipeline across the UAE and broader GCC—identifying, pitching, and closing complex consulting deals. Crucially, you won't just win the deal; you’ll help assemble the elite squad that delivers it. By managing specialized tech talent sourcing and light HR coordination alongside your sales mandate, you will bridge client acquisition directly with rapid team deployment. What You’ll DoCommercial Growth & Pipeline Enterprise (Primary Focus) • Target & Map: Identify and qualify high-value enterprise accounts across key sectors (Banking, Financial Services, Energy) in the UAE and wider GCC. • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the complete sales lifecycle in our CRM—from cold outbound prospecting and discovery calls to contract execution and deal closure. • Proposal & RFP Management: Partner with internal technical and delivery leads to craft compelling commercial proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and formal RFP submissions. • Deal Structuring: Guide commercial discussions, fee structures, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) while safeguarding corporate margin guidelines. • Client Relationship Management: Maintain key post-sale touchpoints to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities while driving ongoing client satisfaction.

Talent Acquisition & People Coordination • Specialized Sourcing: Screen high-calibre AI, Data, and Cloud consulting talent aligned with active and pipeline client demand. • Interview Orchestration: Coordinate full-cycle interview workflows, technical assessments, panel interviews, and feedback consolidation across internal and client teams. • Onboarding & Operations Support: Draft offer letters compliant with UAE labor regulations, support visa/labor documentation gathering, track probation milestones, and facilitate seamless new-joiner onboarding and client-site clearance.
