Salary: $129,079 - $140,000 plus super

About you:
You’re a strategic thinker and relationship builder who thrives in complex, fast-evolving environments. With a strong background in healthcare, science, or diagnostics, you understand how to translate technical expertise into meaningful engagement and commercial outcomes.
You’re equally comfortable leading a team as you are building trusted partnerships with stakeholders. You bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and enjoy identifying opportunities for education or growth while strengthening existing relationships.
Curious and adaptable, you’re motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the future of genomics and its real-world impact on patients and families. You take pride in your ability to communicate clearly, influence effectively, and deliver results with integrity.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of delivering growth and achieving targets
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Experience working within healthcare, pathology, scientific services or a related environment
- A degree in genetics, genomics or a related scientific discipline
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
- A collaborative, proactive approach and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
