BTP is searching for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Parts, Service and Equipment Rental divisions throughout Queensland.
This is not a desk job. This is a frontline growth role for someone who thrives in the market, enjoys the chase and knows how to convert pipeline into profit.
You'll be trusted to identify new opportunities, engage decision-makers, build strategic relationships and deliver commercial outcomes that move the needle.

- Forecasting pipeline activity and reporting results
- Spending time where it matters most, in front of customers
About You
You are driven by results but know relationships win long-term. You enjoy the challenge of the chase, stay resilient when deals take time and know how to turn conversations into contracts.
You'll bring:
- Proven success in business development, sales or account management
- Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial or related sectors
- Strong Queensland market knowledge and industry networks
- A track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
- Commercial acumen and negotiation confidence
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- High energy, self-motivation and professionalism
- CRM discipline and pipeline management capability
