We are seeking a Business Development Representative to identify, develop, and close opportunities for our innovative solutions and services. Working closely with the General Manager and technical team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening existing relationships in the Albanian market.
Responsibilities • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target industries such as banking, telecommunications, and utilities. • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, advancing opportunities from prospecting to contract closure. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for enterprise clients. • Manage existing accounts to drive retention and upselling opportunities. • Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss product features and benefits. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and RFP responses. • Prepare reports on sales performance including forecasts, quotas, and commissions and maintain account records. • Inform the clients about pricing and delivery timeframes. • Follow up with clients after meetings to ensure that they are satisfied with the service received and try to and resolve any issues. • Process orders, following up with customers to ensure that orders were received. • Interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
