About the roleWe're looking for a Business Operations Associate to support cross-functional projects, drive operational improvements, and turn data into clear recommendations for leadership. This role sits close to decision-making and works across teams to keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities• Support end-to-end execution of cross-functional business operations projects, from scoping through delivery • Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights • Prepare structured reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership review • Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose practical improvements • Track project milestones and flag risks or blockers proactively • Take ownership of ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as they arise • Maintain documentation of processes, decisions, and project outcomes
