Position: Business Operations Specialist Work Schedule: US hours (ET Timezone) Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor) Salary Range: Starts at $1,200 - $1,800/ Month Pay-out Frequency: Semi-Monthly Benefits: 10 PTO after 120-day probationary period Equipment: Self-Provided

Job Summary: Wingz is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our growing remote team and support our expanding operations in the US NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) industry. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support day-to-day operations within your assigned market • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and driver partners • Assist in driver onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements • Help drivers increase trip volume through strategic planning and support • Monitor market performance and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets • Execute operational tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
