Business Process & Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Business Process & Data Analyst to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) asset management initiatives. This role will help improve business processes, data quality, reporting, and operational decision-making. The analyst will work directly with federal stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, develop practical recommendations, and support technology-enabled improvements. The ideal candidate can translate business needs into clear requirements and identify opportunities to improve workflows through reporting, automation, data integration, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This position requires strong analytical, project coordination, client-facing, and executive communication skills.
