Internship in the Business Architecture Area

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Business Process Management (BPM) function as a Business Process Architect trainee. In this role, you will learn how to design, optimize, and manage end-to-end business processes that enable strategic initiatives, improve efficiency, and drive value across functions using latest technologies and AI.

In close collaboration with the Process Owners and Business Process Architects in HealthCare,  you will:

• Assist in mapping, modeling, and analyzing end-to-end business processes using BPM tools (e.g., BPMN, process mining, value stream mapping).
• Support the design of optimized processes, including process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities.
• Help define process metrics (KPIs), SLAs, and governance structures; monitor performance and report findings.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma/Lean awareness a plus) and support project work streams.
• Create clear process documentation, runbooks, and training materials for stakeholders.
• Support the setup and maintenance of Process Automation initiatives (RPA, workflow automation)
