ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role: We're looking for a Business Specialist in Credit Card to work at the intersection of Product, Credit, Finance and Growth, translating business opportunities into initiatives that drive real impact. You'll be responsible for deeply understanding the market, identifying growth levers, and collaborating with Product, Data, and other teams to accelerate results. • Analyze product P&L and performance to identify growth opportunities based on data • Structure and track growth & monetization initiatives, from conception through results measurement • Conduct market analyses, benchmarks, and trend mapping in the fintech sector • Serve as a connector between Product, Credit, Finance and Operations teams • Support strategic decisions with structured analyses and clear recommendations for leadership • Responsible for weekly reports to C-level executives
