Business Systems Analyst (Finance & ERP)

The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Finance, Accounting, and ERP systems for their China operations. This role will act as the primary liaison between local business stakeholders in China and global Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes, along with hands-on experience supporting Kingdee ERP and related business applications. This position reports to the Director of Business Analysis and collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary Business Systems Analyst for Kingdee ERP and finance applications supporting China operations. • Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP solutions across: • General Ledger (GL) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Fixed Assets • Cash Management • Tax and Financial Reporting

• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. • Support China statutory accounting and compliance, including: • CAS / PRC GAAP • Golden Tax System integration • Fapiao processes • VAT reporting

• Lead system implementations, enhancements, testing, deployment, and postgo-live support. • Manage integrations between Kingdee ERP and global enterprise systems. • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with internal controls. • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
