  • Translate ideas and strategic priorities into actionable pilots and transformation initiatives

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Support identification, intake, and shaping of innovation opportunities (process, service, automation, digital)
  • Coordinate and support pilots and proof‑of‑concepts, working closely with CI and Automation teams
  • Track pilot outcomes, lessons learned, and business impact to inform scaling decisions
  • Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning

Transformation Execution & Initiative Management

  • Manage execution of assigned transformation initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across active initiatives
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers that provide clear visibility into execution and impact
  • Support transformation reviews and governance forums with insights and data

Value & Benefits Realization

  • Support definition of success metrics for transformation initiatives
  • Track efficiency, capacity, service improvement, or growth‑enablement benefits
  • Identify gaps between expected and realized outcomes and support corrective actions
  • Translate data into clear, business‑relevant insights

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Service Delivery, CI, Automation, and Analytics teams
  • Engage with selected business units to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, or scalability
  • Document and share best practices, playbooks, and learnings to support broader adoption

Requirements.

  • 6 years of experience in business transformation, operations, innovation, or continuous improvement roles
  • Hands‑on experience delivering process change, transformation initiatives, or pilots
