• Analysis, development, and maintenance of bonus schemes for the commercial team (including regular quarterly calculations); • Analysis of employee remuneration (including CR and paymix analysis); • Creation and maintenance of salary bands and salary ranges (preparation of market data upon request from main peer HRBPs/business); • Administration of bonus payments (ensuring a clear and transparent handling process on a monthly basis); • Working with Plan-Fact (Variance Analysis of Current Bonuses vs. Budgeted Amounts); • Quarterly calculation of accruals (consolidation, verification, and transfer to the finance team).
