Your Role

As the C-Shift Facilities Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring that all elements of the plant remain operational during your shift.  You will be exposed to all components of facility operations including but not limited to, plumbing, HVAC, water systems, fire alarm and suppression, general facility maintenance and electrical.  You will be trained on all aspects related to this role and be expected to provide performance maintenance, adjustments, repairs, testing and replacement of various types of mechanical equipment as required at the site. This will include all preventative and predicative maintenance as assigned by management. You will also work closely with contractors that are utilized to perform facility maintenance activities at the site. This role will also have on-call responsibilities which encompass a rotation with other members of the facility team.  This successful candidate should be familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).  You will also be expected to utilize our local Building Management System (BMS) to remotely monitor and adjust setpoints and operational settings as required. You must be comfortable working independently and have a good sense of how to perform your job safely.

This is a C-shift position with working hours from 10:00PM to 6:30AM Monday through Friday, 40-hours per week. Overtime can be expected for emergency situations and during bi-annual plant shut down activities.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification from a trade school.
• 5+ years of maintenance/trade experience.

Pay Range for this position: $26 -$40 per hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
