About the Role
At Colgate-Palmolive, we are reimagining how data drives brand growth. We are seeking a CBS Analytics Specialist to join our Global team, focusing on the measurement, analysis, and reporting of our Omni-Demand Generation (ODG) initiative.
This role is a critical link between global data strategy and divisional execution. You will manage the integration of diverse data sources to track brand performance across multiple markets and channels. By leveraging advanced frameworks and AI-driven insights engines, you will empower teams worldwide to identify growth audiences, track performance and win in the "Moments that Matter."
Key Responsibilities -
- ODG Performance Tracking: Manage the integration and reporting of key data sources to track brand performance across various markets and channels.
- Brand Growth Planning (BGP): Support teams in identifying growth audiences by leveraging established frameworks (e.g., Brand Growth Quadrants) to provide a connected route to brand expansion.
- "3 Mores" Performance: Utilize Household Panel (HHP) and Point of Sale (POS) data through dashboards to track and report on "More People, More Money, and More Product" metrics.
- Moments that Matter AI Engine Stewardship: Manage and deploy the "Moments that Matter" (MtM) AI agentic engine. You will oversee tool utilization, integration of refreshed data and Moment interpretation, ensuring teams can tailor their priorities based the most up-to-date view of consumer perceptions
- “Share of Moment” Tracking: Establish and maintain performance tracking that synthesizes Media, eCommerce, and Retail data to define our "Share of Moment" against competitors.
- Holistic Brand Health Monitor: Integrate "Northstar" brand equity trackers with digital signals (e.g., Share of Search, website analytics) to provide a 360-degree view of brand health.
- Ad Hoc support for Business Storytelling: Flexibly assist global partners with custom analyses and presentations to address urgent business questions and strategic needs. Synthesize learnings from multiple sources—including people-centricity initiatives and insight reports—into compelling, business-led narratives that drive commercial action.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills and Experience -
- Data Visualization & Dashboards: Proven expertise in creating and managing high-impact dashboards using DOMO, Sigma, or Tableau.
- Data Ecosystems: Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data management and query building.
- AI Literacy: Experience utilizing and maintaining AI/LLM tools and agentic engines for data synthesis. While coding from scratch is not required, you must be able to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize these tools for end-users.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to "connect the dots" across disparate global datasets to turn raw data into prescriptive business guidance.
Required Qualifications -
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, consumer insights or related field, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Global Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Agility: A proactive mindset with the ability to handle ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced, global environment.
