Position Summary

As a CDT Shopper & Channel Specialist, you will play a key role in driving category growth and delivering best-in-class shopper activation across retail and eCommerce channels.

A Day in the Life

• Drive excellence in point-of-sale execution.
• Coordinate customer campaigns with agencies and field sales teams.
• Develop shopper-focused visibility solutions.
• Support category development projects.
• Analyze promotional performance and revenue opportunities.
• Lead and support eCommerce initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Development or Sales.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and a good understanding in Spanish (nice to have).
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
• Customer and shopper-centric mindset.
