Job Overview

  1. 全面管理工厂年度精益计划，识别关键改进重点，以提升工厂在所有利益相关方眼中的表现。
  2. 在工厂实施增强版TEOA系统，并通过改进活动对工厂进行TEOA评估。
  3. 开展TEOA/精益实施和改进研讨会，重点关注车间区域和物流领域（改善活动）。
  4. 系统化地管理工厂成本活动，识别/改进/控制效率、物料、人工以及成本管控的各个方面。
  5. 担任内部流程/成本顾问角色，协助工厂经理解决管理问题。
  6. 在整个组织内推动"创造更多价值"的理念。

Job Requirements

  • 支持工厂制定年度精益计划，识别关键改进重点以提升工厂绩效
  • 在工厂实施增强版TEOA系统，通过改进活动达到TEOA星级工厂水平
  • 主持研讨会并领导TEOA/精益知识转移项目，在运营中实施、优化并解决具体问题
  • 提供TEOA培训/精益培训（如TEOA基础培训、集训营培训）
  • 具有管理经验或高潜力
  • 良好的团队协作能力和较强的沟通技巧

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
