Job Requirements

Production Quality Management | 生产质量管理
• Lead complete quality control operations for first article inspection and mass production processes
负责首件检验和批量生产过程的完整质量控制运营
• Conduct statistical data analysis and quality trend monitoring
进行统计数据分析和质量趋势监控
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) investigation, corrective & preventive actions implementation
管理不合格报告(NCR)调查，纠正措施和预防措施实施
• Drive Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction initiatives and other quality continuous improvement

Customer Quality Support | 客户质量支持
• Handle customer complaints and quality-related inquiries professionally

• Enhance customer satisfactory continuously

Supplier Quality Management | 供应商质量管理
• Evaluate and qualify potential suppliers through comprehensive assessments

• Monitor supplier quality performance and implement improvement plans

What your background should look like

Education & Experience | 教育背景与工作经验
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred
工程、质量管理或相关专业本科学历优先
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing quality control
至少5年制造业质量控制实践经验
Technical Skills | 技术技能
• Proficient in quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
精通质量管理工具(SPC、FMEA、8D、根本原因分析等)
• Experience with measurement systems analysis (MSA) and gauge R&R
具备测量系统分析(MSA)和量具R&R经验
• IATF 16949 experience strongly preferred
优先考虑具有IATF 16949经验者
