CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist
Apply NowWe are looking for a CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist that will be part of our dynamic eBusiness and CRM department. About the Role You'll know you're the right person if you're passionate for e-business, consumer loyalty and lifecycle marketing, geek out when it comes to data and behavior and obsess over the latest consumer and technology trends. We need a team player and a doer, someone that can get things to the end. • Suggest, implement and report on strategies and tactics for Consumer Loyalty and CRM activities that grow the customer base, while driving both online and offline traffic and sales, • Work with the team and partners to optimize the online & in-store conversion funnel, implement performance marketing actions and improve the UX & customer communication, • Manage, monitor and support Channel Management and presence in aggregators (efood, Wolt, Box, etc) and other marketplaces, • Assist in New eBusiness and Loyalty Projects, implementation and testing tasks, • Establish and implement best practices for database processes, measurement, evaluation, data capture, data quality and segmentation, • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition, • Act as internal champion for system (eCommerce and CRM), promoting the tools and providing training.
