As a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist you will:

Oversee the full lifecycle of email campaigns, from strategic planning and automation workflows to final deployment and technical troubleshooting

Develop audience segmentation models based on behavioral data, predictive buying patterns, and lifecycle stages to deliver high-personalized content

Take full ownership of email KPIs and translate them into actionable insights to pivot strategies and maximize ROI

Be responsible for strategic copywriting and creating visual assets (graphics/layouts) to ensure high-impact storytelling and brand consistency

Design and manage an A/B and multivariate testing roadmap, constantly challenging the status quo to improve deliverability, engagement, and revenue

Act as the primary bridge between the customer’s marketing teams and developers to ensure brand consistency, seasonal relevance, and seamless technical integrations

Proactively identify untapped customer journey opportunities to drive traffic and scale revenue through automation and retention tactics

Serve as the internal subject matter expert on CRM trends, privacy regulations (GDPR), and emerging email marketing technologies
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or CRM, preferably in a fast-paced agency or high-growth e-commerce environment
- Proficiency in enterprise-level Email Marketing Providers (ContactPigeon, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc) and a strong understanding of email deliverability protocols
- A proven track record of using advanced analytics tools and performance reporting
- Experience in creating high-performing creatives with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Excellent conversion-oriented copywriting skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and lead projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight
