What you'll do
- Lead and develop the CRM & Loyalty team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Implement and adapt international Lidl Plus strategies at the national level across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
- Manage and optimize CRM and loyalty initiatives within the Lidl Plus mobile application to improve customer engagement and retention
- Monitor program performance and KPIs, including budget planning, sales targets, and program metrics
- Analyze customer segments and behavior, using data-driven insights to improve campaigns, loyalty mechanics, and personalized offers
- Plan and manage CRM activities such as segmented couponing and app content to support marketing and business campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners, including developers and the product team, to improve app features and CRM tools
- Ensure smooth operation of the Lidl Plus program, coordinating activities across relevant departments and maintaining compliance with legal and internal regulations
- Represent Lidl Plus in internal and international meetings and contribute to ongoing development and strategic projects
About you
- 3+ years of experience in CRM
- Experience working with customer data and data analysis
- Understanding of CRM systems and mobile applications
- Experience collaborating with technical teams or developers
- Strong business and commercial understanding
- Understanding of retail business and customer engagement
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated personality
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
