They are now looking for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to join their team in Copenhagen and take their customer relationship management to the next level!

The RoleAs a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey. Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement.

  • Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging.
  • Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations.
  • Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines.
  • A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value.
