CRM Promotion Manager

We are on the lookout for a CRM Promotion Manager to join our CRM Department. Responsibilities: • Planning and coordinating СRM campaigns across different markets. • Developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. • Analyzing customer and campaign data to identify trends, insights. • Monitoring and reporting on CRM metrics. • Developing and adapting campaign mechanics based on country specifics and target audiences. • Collaborating with local teams to align campaign goals and processes. • Ensuring timely campaign launches and quality control of execution. • Conducting post-campaign analysis: data collection, performance evaluation, reporting, and optimization recommendations. • Working with Jira, Confluence, and internal tools for task management, documentation, and workflow coordination.
