About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Manager to support the Sales Operations team by maintaining CRM systems, improving data quality, and building automations that enhance the efficiency of the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and process optimization. Responsibilities• Maintain CRM data quality through regular audits and database management • Build and optimize CRM automations, workflows, triggers, and routing rules • Configure lead assignment logic and sales pipeline structures • Manage CRM imports, exports, data migrations, and system updates • Create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools • Support integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and communication tools • Collaborate with Sales and Business Units to improve operational efficiency • Document processes and provide day-to-day CRM support
