We’re seeking an experienced CRM Systems Manager to lead and evolve our Salesforce platform across the organisation. Reporting to the Group Manager Engineering, this role owns the performance, governance and roadmap of our CRM ecosystem, ensuring it is secure, scalable and aligned to business strategy.
You’ll lead a Salesforce team, partner closely with stakeholders, and drive strong adoption across the business — including the responsible use of Salesforce AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce CRM function, including platform development, support and team leadership
- Own and maintain the Salesforce roadmap aligned to business and IT priorities
- Manage Salesforce support, escalations and system integrations
- Establish and enforce platform governance, architecture and change management standards
- Oversee delivery planning, resourcing and vendor relationships
- Drive Salesforce adoption, continuous improvement and capability uplift
- Enable Salesforce AI technologies in line with security, privacy and compliance standards
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience managing Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing or Experience Cloud)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, APIs and data management
- Proven people leadership experience within technical or CRM teams
- Experience with platform governance, CI/CD, release management and SDLC practices
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce security, automation and testing
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience managing vendors, licensing and commercial relationships
