CRM Team Lead

The role is primarily focused on supervising the CRM back-office team, distributing and monitoring daily tasks, and ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of operational processes. The ideal candidate has previous people management experience in a back-office environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Team Supervision & Task Management: • Lead and supervise the CRM back-office team on a daily basis • Distribute tasks, monitor workload, and ensure timely completion of assignments • Track individual and team performance, ensuring adherence to internal processes and KPIs • Provide guidance, feedback, and ongoing support to team members • Support onboarding and training of new team members • Ensure accurate execution of CRM and back-office processes • Monitor quality, consistency, and compliance of CRM-related activities • Identify operational issues and propose improvements to workflows and procedures • Act as the main point of escalation for operational or team-related matters
Coordination & Reporting: • Coordinate with other internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Payments, Customer Support,) • Communicate priorities, updates, and changes clearly to the team
