Responsibilities• Develop and implement the company’s External Relations and CSR–PPM strategies • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including the government, local communities, and environmental organizations • Manage the company’s communications and reputation in the media and the public • Lead the implementation of community development programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company priorities • Oversee land acquisition processes, including mapping, verification, negotiation with landowners, documentation, and securing necessary permits • Manage land communication activities, ensuring transparent dialogue with communities, customary leaders, and government offices related to land matters • Handle community issues, conflicts, and emerging risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution
