Works collaboratively with key internal departments to address customer issues.

Job Requirements

Resolving customer billing issues/residuals as needed.
Identifying, investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Collaborating with planning, pricing and operations to meet customer needs.
Entering and maintaining the service-related data into customer service systems.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
