Job Overview

'・ 受注業務の管理：担当営業をサポートし,販売活動が円滑に進むように受注処理を中心とした営業支援を行う
・ 納期管理：納期を遵守し,迅速かつ的確な対応で顧客満足度の向上に努める
・ 問い合わせ対応：製品に関する問い合わせ,品質や納期のフォローアップを担当し,社内展開および必要に応じた折衝を行う
・ 業務改善:：内部統制や工数削減を意識した業務の向上を行う
・ グローバル対応：海外拠点と密接に連携し,情報の共有と連携強化を通じて,グローバル規模でのサービス向上を目指す

Job Requirements

  • ・ 製造業界のカスタマーサポート・営業サポート・サプライチェーン関連の業務3年以上の実務経験
    ・ 変化を恐れずに問題解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
    ・ 社内関係部門と連携し積極的に課題解決のリードができる方 （イニシアチブ、明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）
    ・ 顧客との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに実績のある方
    ・ 前向きな気持ちで見合ってしまっている業務を拾える方

What your background should look like

・ 学歴：短大卒以上 ※営業実績あれば問わず
・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
　　　　　　英語 - 英語での簡単なコミュニケーションが図れる方（TOEIC500点以上）
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、(関数）Word、Power Point〕必須）
