CVM Product Manager

We are currently looking for a CVM Product Manager to manage and optimize customer value initiatives across specific product lines. This role focuses on translating customer insights into actionable product strategies, driving engagement, retention, and profitability and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of CVM campaigns and product enhancements.
What will you do:
- Design and manage targeted CVM campaigns. (upsell, cross-sell, retention, win-back, and loyalty initiatives)
- Implement product-level customer segmentation and lifecycle initiatives.
- Monitor and report on CVM KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
- Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and profitability to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Collaborate with sales, digital, CX and product teams to enhance customer engagement.
- Demonstrate strong ownership in delivering CVM KPIs (e.g., churn rate, campaign success rate).
- Ensure alignment with overall CVM and marketing objectives.
- Support the adoption of real-time automated solutions for campaign execution.
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven personalization strategies.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with IT, operations, and customer service teams.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights.
What you need to be successful:
- A BSc in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field
- A MSc will be considered an asset
- At least 3 years of working experience in CVM, CRM, or customer analytics roles with role including strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Python, SPSS Modeler, and SQL
- Knowledge of BI, cloud tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce)
