In Bulgaria, robotic-assisted surgery is creating a great opportunity for a commercially driven, strategic, and relationship-oriented leader to shape the future of healthcare. We are looking for a Capital Development Manager – Robotic Surgery to lead the capital sales strategy for Bulgaria and accelerate the adoption of robotic-assisted surgery across the country. This is more than a sales role. It is an opportunity to influence healthcare transformation, partner with senior hospital stakeholders, and help bring life-changing technology to patients. You will be responsible for driving capital equipment sales of robotic surgery systems across Bulgaria, building strong hospital partnerships, creating market opportunities, and leading complex, high-value sales processes from prospecting through installation. You will work closely with commercial, clinical, and leadership teams to develop and execute growth strategies, expand the installed base, and ensure successful transitions from capital sale to clinical adoption. • Lead the execution of the capital sales strategy for robotic surgery in Bulgaria • Identify, prioritize, and develop new business opportunities across public and private hospitals • Build strong relationships with hospital CEOs, Medical Directors, procurement leaders, surgeons, and key decision-makers • Drive the full sales cycle for robotic surgery systems, from initial contact to negotiation, contracting, and installation • Create compelling business cases and value propositions for hospitals investing in robotic-assisted surgery • Develop market awareness through executive presentations, customer events, product demonstrations, and strategic marketing initiatives • Build advocacy teams within hospitals, including surgeons, clinical champions, and administrative stakeholders • Partner closely with Clinical Sales, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure successful customer engagement and post-sale adoption • Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, budgets, and quarterly business plans • Propose and coordinate financing solutions such as leasing, rental, and alternative funding mechanisms • Coordinate the successful installation and transition of systems to the clinical support teams • Travel extensively across Bulgaria to meet customers and support business growth
