We are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage with following duties and requirements:

我们在寻找一位具备以下特质，并可独立承担相应岗位职责的餐饮总监人选：

As a Director of Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:

作为酒店餐饮总监，需承担以下主要工作职责：

1. Responsible for the administration of Food & Beverage, develop and implement all plans for Food & Beverage operation;

2. Responsible for achieving the department's operating income target and profit target;

3. Work with the Executive Chef to plan and design menus and develop Food & Beverage products for local needs;

4.Coordinate working relationship with other departments to ensure guests receive satisfactory Food & Beverage products and good service;

5.Develop restaurant marketing strategy, urge staff to do a good job in Food & Beverage promotion, improve Food & Beverage sales revenue;

6.Set up the whole material management system, and strictly manage the equipment, materials and utensils of the restaurant.

1、负责餐饮部行政管理工作,制定并实施餐饮经营的所有计划；

2、负责实现部门的营业收入指标和利润指标；

3、与行政总厨一起筹划和设计菜单，开发当地需求的餐饮产品；

4、协调与其他部门的工作关系，确保宾客得到满意的餐饮产品和良好的服务；

5、制定餐厅推销策略，督促员工做好食品饮料的推销工作，提高餐饮销售收入；

6、建全物资管理制度，对餐厅的设备、物资、用具等严格管理。

We are looking someone who:

我们寻找的人选需具备：

1. At least 2 years working experience in international hotel in the same position;

2. Master the basic theory of catering management, familiar with cooking, drinks, cost accounting, budget control, market research, price and other professional knowledge and catering service reception etiquette;

3. Have the ability to direct, control and organize the implementation of the work of the department, complete the budget management objectives and cost accounting economic analysis;

4. Good team leadership, collaborative spirit, organization and planning ability; Good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of management staff at all levels of the Food & Beverage department.

1、至少2年以上国际五星级酒店同岗位工作经验；

2、掌握餐饮管理基本理论，熟悉烹饪、酒水、成本核算、预算控制、市场调研，制订价格等专业知识和餐饮服务接待礼仪；

3、有指挥控制和组织实施本部门工作、全面完成预算管理目标和成本核算经济分析的能力；

4、具有良好的团队领导力、协作精神、组织及策划能力；善于调动餐饮部各级管理人员的积极性。
