To ensure compliance, operations, cross sell& customer service of Branches under the cluster

Job Responsibilities

Partners with businesses to execute plans for the cluster to ensure the achievement of business targets, market share growth, and overall profitability.,Manages his/her team and ensures the team is engaged and motivated.,A3,Maintains strong relationship with internal and external stake holders in the ,Ensures Branch Infrastructure & IT infrastructure is as per the requirements for all branches in the division.,Ensures smooth operations in all areas in the division.,Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities. Use this information to make informed business decisions.,For all areas under his / her purview the cluster Manager will be responsible for:,Ensuring superior levels of customer service and cross sales,Overseeing the task assigned to Branch mangers,A13,A14,A15,A16,Disposal loss resolution and local support,Ensuring compliance for all activities ,Ensuring a healthy CSAT score for all branches in his/her division.
