Eaton Technologies GmbH in Altlussheim is looking, at the earliest possible date, for a committed and qualified Customer Sales Service Mitarbeiter/-in Vertriebsinnendienst  (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

Eaton’s Filtration Division is a leading provider in the field of liquid filtration and offers its customers solutions to improve product quality, increase production efficiency, protect employees and machinery, and achieve sustainability goals. Eaton’s filtration products are manufactured and sold worldwide.

What you’ll do:

•    Handling national and international customer inquiries, including preparing quotations and following up on offers via phone, Teams, or email
•    Close collaboration and coordination with our operational departments
•    Order processing and organization of goods shipments
•    Handling product returns and credit notes
•    Close cooperation with our field sales team
•    Coordinating complex issues with specialist departments

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage

Skills:

•    Professional experience in inside sales or customer service is desirable
•    Interest in technical processes and interrelations
•    Confident use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is desirable
•    High level of self-motivation, customer orientation, and an independent, structured way of working
