Job Purpose/Position Summary

To monitor overall Document & Storage management, analysis and MIS preparation and collation for all
states and to present them to GM with meaningful insights.

Job Responsibilities

o Cersai updation& satisfaction
o Home loan agreement review, updation (in consultation with legal) and inventory management for all
the states
o MIS related to post disbursement activities like cheque handover to customer, MODT, home loan
agreement sign, Cersai, PDD, storage, etc for all the states
o Processing of high value home loan cases under HO limit and recommend it for GM’s approval
o Monitoring files sent for storage
o Analysis of NPA loans
o POA approvals on web
