Job Purpose/Position Summary

Maintaining the overall branch delinquency and NPA levels by proper execution and planning. Streamlining and improving the collection efficiency of branch

Job Responsibilities

Planning and executing collection on a monthly basis to achieve collection efficiency and NPA target. To Monitor team performance periodically To Guide and lead the team towards achieving monthly targets Devising appropriate collection route maps for the collection staff Contacting and visiting chronic customers on a regular basis to ensure maximum collections Responsible to monitor promise to pay and address the broken promises Timely allocation of due customer to collectors ( CM) and obtain regular feedback for the accounts allocated Maintaining and building long-term customer relationship Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to team leader Coach, facilitate, solve problem and participate with the team in achieving targets Conducting Saturday meetings to review customer manager performance Report team leader periodically on team and individual work achievements, problem and progress in mastering task.
