Job Purpose/Position Summary

o To resolve NPA and Written off Contracts through Legal
o To Defend the Company in Against Cases

Job Responsibilities

o Knowledge of Collections and recovery through Legal Proceedings
o Recommending and filing suitable legal actions against defaulters.
o Arbitration/Notice to Overdue/Chronic cases
o Recovery in system written off contracts
o To defend cases filed against the Company.
o Experience in SARFAESI
o Knowledge of Mortgages
o Appearing as POA holder on behalf of Company in Sec 138 NI Act matters, Mortgage suits, Summary
Suits and other mode of Recovery through Legal.
o Exposure in handling Police and other Govt Authorities representing and safeguarding the
Company’s interest and its employees.
o Exposure of Drafting and vetting Legal Notices, reply to Notices, Plaint, Written Statements and
other legal documents.
o Interface with Defaulters to motivate for payment of dues.
