Job Purpose/Position Summary

To monitor overall Document & Storage management, analysis and MIS preparation and collation for all states and to present them to GM with meaningful insights.

Job Responsibilities

• Cersai updation& satisfaction
• Home loan agreement review, updation (in consultation with legal) and inventory management for all the states
• MIS related to post disbursement activities like cheque handover to customer, MODT, home loan agreement sign, Cersai, PDD, storage, etc for all the states
• Processing of high value home loan cases under HO limit and recommend it for GM’s approval
• Monitoring files sent for storage
• Analysis of NPA loans
