Job Purpose/Position Summary

o To deliver the HR strategy across a respective region

o To support line managers to deliver the business plan in terms of manpower

Recruitment & hiring of manpower as per the budget through various mix of sources within TAT.
Coordinating campus connect drive with ZHR & conducting graduate trainee drive as per projects
Sourcing, Scheduling, and conducting interviews.
Taking care of RCM and Onboarding of new joiners through HRMS and ensuring updating all the required processes.
Preparing of all required MIS
To Conduct regular Branch Visits as per timelines.
Bank account opening for new joiners.
Compilation and updating of Attendance on HRMS on monthly basis.
Drafting of creative mails for Birthdays and Anniversaries
Coordinate and conduct Employee Engagement Surveys, Communication of Survey finding followed by Action Planning at middle and senior management level
