This role reports to Digital Banking, Retail Banking Division. 

 

Our ideal candidate should possess:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in the financial or technology industry.
  • Strong proficiency in standard IT applications and databases, including web-based management information systems and web authoring.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of retail banking products and services, with the ability to support business initiatives within the Retail Banking division.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to convey complex or emerging IT concepts to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise, coordinate and meet deadlines with varying levels of resources./
  • Adaptable, flexible and learn new skills quickly.
  • Comfortable and interested in learning new technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with the relevant Retail product and process owners towards continuous process improvement and the smooth implementation of new processes and systems development.
  • Support Digital Banking in meeting strategic objectives through the creation, delivery and management of projects relating to enhancing the digital customer experience/journey from onboarding to standard banking services.
  • Provide necessary training and guidance material to promote familiarization and encourage adoption of Microsoft Office 365 tools, with a specific focus on Power Automate.
  • Review business processes using Microsoft Office 365 tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and enhanced business outcomes.
  • Work with relevant process owners to review current service processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
