About the Role

Director, Order to Delivery (OTD) – APAC. The role is based in Henderson, Western Australia.

We are seeking a senior Order to Delivery leader to drive end-to-end customer fulfilment across the APAC region. This is a high-impact role leading large-scale customer service, warehousing and distribution operations across multiple countries.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• You will own the full order-to-delivery cycle from order entry and customer engagement through to shipment and delivery.
• You will lead and develop a regional team of approximately 65 people across customer service and distribution, including a major Western Australia warehouse. You will also manage a network of 10 non-dedicated third-party logistics vendors across the region.
• You will set and manage OTD budgets as well as ensure pricing, accruals and rebates accuracy in our ERP in a SOX controlled environment.
• You will ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance, drive operational excellence through performance metrics, systems optimisation and continuous improvement, and partner with commercial and operational leaders while representing OTD in key forums.

To be successful in your application, you will ideally possess: 

• You will have more than 10 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or operations, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• You will have proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams, strong financial, compliance and SAP capability, and a practical, strategic mindset with the confidence to lead change.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to engage at all organisational levels are essential.
