Job Purpose/Position Summary

To ensure Litigation support through 138 & other litigation instruments.

Job Responsibilities

Enabling Collections team through driving 138 cases and / or executing interim orders, warrants, decreesProcessing and maintaining legal professional fees, maintain record of cases filled and replies for each case both in soft and hard copy.
Ensuring filing and handling cases U/s 138, additionally EP/ criminal cases/sec 9/sec.17 before various courts
Review and monitor MIS online portal daily basis
Ensuring completion of the planned activity within the TAT and report
Attending customer issues created in the Branch related to Business/Recovery
