Job Purpose/Position Summary

•    Managing end to end collection for the allocated accounts.
•    Resolution Rate: Normalization / Rollbacks / Stab to be achieved as stated in the opex plan.

Job Responsibilities

•    Trails upload on every field visit done/ interaction with the Customer.
•    Payment process: Ensure cash collected is deposited on time.
•    All customer complaints are address on time.
•    Ensure settlement are raised on time.
•    Escalating fraudulent cases to immediate manager.
•    Co-ordination with Service team for resolution of customer issues, if any.
•    Collection’s code of conduct to be strictly adhered.
•    Promoting online payments
•    Skip tracing
