Job Purpose/Position Summary

Direct customer interaction and reach in the field/Market. Servicing Customer requirements and ensuring business development

Job Responsibilities

• Handling all retail Proposals referred by Refinance dealers/Brokers. • Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis. • Responsible for all the Refinance business activities of the branch • To tie up and co-ordinate with local organized sector Dealers and Brokers / DSA’s for Refinance business development and maintain good rapport with all. • To achieve a minimum of 15 numbers of Refinance business per month • Assisting Branch Manager in achieving Refinance business targets. • Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines for Refinance business are strictly adhered to. • Ensuring prompt customer service to all Refinance customer and Dealers. • Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all Refinance cases • To Ensure 100 % CD collection in all the Refinance cases • To have a complete control on NPA and overdue in Refinance contracts of your branch. • To arrange and actively participate Sales Promotion Activities • Ensure to follow up all the taken initiatives at higher level. • Timely reporting to ABM when required • Maintaining smooth relationship with all outlets of dealers, brokers and with DSA
