Job Purpose/Position Summary

Managing collections through physical, digital, repossession, and application of legal tools

Job Responsibilities

Ø Conducting customer profile analysis and customer payment analysis.
Ø Making collection efficiency plan through allocated contract base
Ø Planning daily travel schedule/visits as per payment pattern of customer
Ø Collection of EMI from the customers overdue –as well as current month due.
Ø Collection of AFC/SFC due from customers.
Ø Ensuring maximum collection through cheques/digital or branch collections.
Ø Timely submission of collected cash in the office.
Ø Taking customer appointments on customer commitments for collection.
Ø Adherence of statutory, regulatory, and organizational processes and policies
Ø Ensure maintenance of cordial relationships between all subordinates, peers, superiors, banks, dealers, dealer salesmen and customers.
Ø Optimum utilization of available digital intervention
Ø Implementing various collection strategies identified by the vertical according to ageing contracts.
Ø Driving sales of Mahindra Finance Products ( Cross Sales)
Ø Conducting Field Investigation for business proposals and providing timely reports
