Job Accountabilities:

  1. Handle the development, amendment, and review of bank forms and contracts in accordance with the approved annual plan and any additional incoming requests.

  2. Collaborate closely and consistently with relevant departments to gather feedback, obtain necessary approvals, and facilitate the circulation of finalized forms and contracts.

  3. Upload approved forms and contracts to the EGBANK Intranet to ensure easy access for staff and encourage on-demand printing to reduce costs.

  4. Maintain systematic backups and proper filing of all finalized forms and contracts in various formats (PDF, Word, Adobe) along with corresponding approvals in the department’s shared folder.

  5. Developing and regularly updating the Bank of Questions (BoQ) sheets, ensuring alignment with procedural updates and the approved yearly plan.

  6. Gather input from business units to validate the relevance of BoQ content and coordinate with department managers to confirm accuracy prior to staff testing.

  7. Work closely with HR and department heads to coordinate exam logistics, including scheduling and communication with staff.

  8. Conduct detailed reviews and analysis of exam results, ensuring accuracy and clarity before sharing with the department manager.

  9. Ensure all BoQ materials and exam outcomes are consistently backed up in the shared folder and maintained for audit readiness

  10. Follows all relevant approved department’s policies, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

  11. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Process Management department to ensure continuity of work

  12. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EG Bank policies and code of conduct to maintain EG Bank’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or its equivalence

  • Min 1 year of experience in Banking Field preferred in relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent organizing skills
