Role Purpose

The position is accountable to plan and operationalize the Culture Transformation strategies and initiatives which are crucial to drive high performance culture and sustainable employee engagement anchored by an effective stakeholder engagement internally and externally.

Key Accountability

Plan, design and operationalize the Culture Transformation Roadmap which serves as the foundation in building a high performing organization anchoring on mindset change, building the belief and executing with integrity.

Engage and collaborate with the Business Units to strategize and design key initiatives that are critical to the divisions in driving employees motivation and morale towards achieving business objectives and delivering MH as means of becoming Employer of

Choice involving gaining external awards recognition, conduct of employee related surveys and establish collaborative engagement platform.

Conduct benchmarking with other organizations and industries in areas related to culture transformation addressing the critical factors of Talent, Climate and Culture to drive productive working environment.

Build a sustainable networking with the external key stakeholders in particular the Ministry of Human Resources, GLCs, other airlines, research houses to gain latest insights and best practices on culture transformation and employee engagement.

Play an active role as the HCBP for business support by providing advisory roles on matters associated to manpower planning, talent development, performance management and employee engagement.

Accountable responsible to collaborate with internal key stakeholders i.e. Group HC & other business units to deliver, operationalized company's driven initiative under Talent, Climate & culture.

Structure, analyze and measure the effectiveness of culture transformation initiatives, to provide insights and data point for the management decision making.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Degree in any related field preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management with 7-10 years working experience.

Skills & Knowledge

Able to motivate others by consistently demonstrating self motivation and positive growth pattern.

Innovate and Work efficiently by managing resources well.

Solve complex problems with smart and pragmatic solutions.

Ability to turn challenges to opportunity.

Key Challenges

Managing mindset and resistance towards change among the employees.

Financial Investment - managing limited source of fund to run the initiatives.

Sustainable impacts of the initiatives.
