Be the trusted guide for homebuyers through their building journey—from first appointment to handover—at Stockland Halcyon communities in Eagleby and Logan Village. This is your chance to create a seamless experience and help homeowners settle into vibrant communities.

We’re Looking For…

Someone who loves connecting with people and has a genuine interest in the building process. You might come from a building company, supplier, retail, or admin background—what matters most is your customer focus and ability to manage details with care.

What You’ll Do

This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, working across our Eagleby and Logan Village communities.

You’ll:

• Coordinate appointments and site visits for homebuyers
• Provide timely updates and manage documentation throughout the build
• Liaise with construction teams and consultants
• Organise homeowner handovers and attend community events

About You

You’re a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring energy, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset to every interaction.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Strong customer service and admin skills
• Proficient in MS Office and detail-oriented
• Ability to interpret building plans (helpful but not essential)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
